Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique preferences and circumstances of each client.

• Keeping accurate and timely clinical records that meet the standards of HIPAA and other relevant regulations, facilitating appropriate patient care.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and other licensed mental health professionals, to develop and execute coordinated treatment strategies.

• Participating in regular peer consultations and case conferences to continually refine therapeutic techniques and improve the quality of patient care.

• Providing educational support to clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment trajectories, and available community resources, fostering informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n
