Future growth and investment opportunities for high performers. Why This Job – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: This is a dynamic accounting role where you will touch both front-end and back-end activities. As a Senior Accountant, you won't just be pushing buttons or booking rote journal entries; you will dive deep into data, problem-solve unusual accounting issues, and wear multiple hats across fund accounting, operations, and investor relations. What You'll Actually Do: Fund Accounting & Book Close: Take ownership of closing and reviewing the books for multiple distinct investment funds. Operational Finance: Manage data flow, handle day-to-day money management, and efficiently set up and send wire transfers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with third-party fund administrators, external auditors, and tax professionals. Investor Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact to respond directly to investor requests. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 2+ years progressive accounting experience Strong Excel skills are an absolute must. Strong attention to detail, a great attitude, and a comfort level with rolling up your sleeves to scrub through data and solve complex problems. The ability to work with increasing independence, know when to ask questions, incorporate feedback, and deliver a clean final product.
