Full-time | Monday-Friday Our client is a leading provider in the commercial interiors and workplace solutions space, specializing in furniture, design, and innovative office environments. They differentiate themselves through a consultative approach, strong industry relationships, and a focus on delivering customized, high-quality workplace solutions that align with evolving design trends and client needs. They are looking for you, an experienced Business Development Manager , to take ownership of outbound growth efforts and drive new project opportunities. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a key role in expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships. What you get to do:
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and real estate professionals
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Deliver presentations to industry influencers and prospective clients
• Attend and organize networking events to expand market presence
• Collaborate with internal design and project teams to transition new opportunities
• Identify upsell opportunities across products and services
• Support internal teams with market insights and sales training
• Assist in developing outreach strategies, budgets, and sales targets What you need to succeed:
• 5+ years of business development or related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working with industry professionals (A&D, GC's, real estate, etc.)
• High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools (Team Design a plus) What's in it for you:
