Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the hospice care setting.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and grief counseling to support clients and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals, interventions, and review timelines.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
