Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms to facilitate mental health improvements.

• Help clients express their emotions and personal experiences, promoting self-awareness and insight into their relationships and life challenges.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in articulating their personal goals and developing actionable strategies to reach them.

• Assess clients' mental health status, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that leverage your clinical knowledge and experience.

• Utilize a solution-focused approach in therapy to address client needs and encourage positive behavioral changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity, ensuring that therapists work with individuals who are primarily stable and benefit from supportive therapeutic interventions. This setup allows for meaningful engagement and effective management of mental health needs without the pressures that often accompany high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in areas such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license issued by the state board, which must include one of the following designations: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations, treatment plans, and recommendations based on client needs and goals.
