Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to create a safe environment for counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose mental health disorders and tailor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused interventions.

• Perform ongoing assessments of client progress, adapting treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting patient interaction and fostering a supportive community among clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization, making referrals to specialists as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Current active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a fundamental requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
