Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapeutic counseling to clients, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs.

• Utilize virtual platforms to facilitate engaging therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic methodologies suited for an online context.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment records, in accordance with organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment planning and discharge strategies that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assessing and addressing clients' emotional and behavioral challenges promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
