This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide vital services to patients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to clients, focusing on a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based methodologies, ensuring they are culturally sensitive and address patients’ specific needs.

• Maintain ongoing communication with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health services is necessary, ideally within a hospice or palliative care setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
