Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adapting these plans as necessary to reflect client progress and changing needs.

• Provide therapy through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting your approach to work effectively with clients.

• Assist clients during acute mental health crises by providing crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring their well-being during challenging moments.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records aligned with ethical standards and legal regulations, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care and continuity for clients.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues and available community supports.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, conferences, and training, thereby remaining informed on the latest industry practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve a wide range of clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
