Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic services, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for individuals, couples, and families facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and discharge goals, actively involving clients and their families in the therapeutic process.

• Document each session thoroughly in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, maintaining accurate client records while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and sharing insights on best practices.

• Maintain ongoing professional development and training in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or EMDR.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license, with proof of good standing.

• Demonstrated proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to provide bilingual therapeutic services effectively.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health, specifically working with diverse populations in behavioral health settings.

• Commitment to understanding and respecting each family’s cultural values and customs in treatment.

• Proficient in using EHR software, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and telehealth technology.

• Selected training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices related to CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and loss, or perinatal mental health.
