Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position that functions within an outpatient setting, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a collaborative approach among team members. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group sessions that encourage interaction among clients, enabling them to share experiences and learn from one another under your guidance.

• Individual Counseling Sessions: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling to clients, helping them to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and to develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans with clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals to chart a course toward recovery.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor client progress using validated tools and feedback methods, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with each client’s evolving needs.

• Team Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care, coordinating regular communication for optimal treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our facility specializes in providing services to young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing a range of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their unique struggles through personalized therapy, fostering environments of hope and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years' experience in mental health treatment, particularly with young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and engagement techniques specific to young adults is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
