The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote role. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team at our detox center to promote recovery and wellness among clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, determining the appropriateness of recommended services, including referrals to community resources, self-help programs, and other levels of care.

• Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to complete annual training needs assessments, ensuring all team members are equipped with the latest evidence-based practices.

• Maintain regular communication with management through case reviews, addressing clinical and staffing issues proactively.
\n
• Provide supervision and direction to behavioral health therapists, including performing annual performance evaluations, setting clear expectations, and enforcing center policies and procedures.

• Document clinical productivity on a daily basis, contributing to the overall performance of the program as instructed.

• Participate actively in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
