Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency and integrity in your practice.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrative care that addresses the clients’ comprehensive needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
