Human Resources Assistant

What you should know: Mulberry has partnered with a local non-profit to hire a contract HR Assistant to provide interim support! You will have the opportunity to support onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and other HR functions. A day in the life: Coordinate new hire onboarding: prepare offer letters, verify I-9s, and set up HRIS profiles. Schedule orientations and ensure completion of onboarding tasks. Process terminations: update HRIS, prepare separation documents, and deactivate access. Support recruiting functions: maintain job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews. Run audits and generate HR reports for compliance and leadership. Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR policy and process questions. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: 1+ years of HR experience Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality Experience in an HRIS/ATS required Compensation and Benefits: $23-$25/hr with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mulberry Talent Partners
