Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking dedicated and passionate Sous Chefs whom want to be part of leading an amazing team serving exceptional food that celebrates local community and local farmers to some of the most influential people in the world

Sous Chef

Leadership: Manage daily kitchen operations, food safety, and high volume culinary production.
Mentorship: Train, coach, and inspire line cooks to maintain high standards.
Creativity: Help design and execute scratch-made menus using seasonal local ingredients.
Experience: Requires 2+ years of culinary management or supervisory role in high-volume kitchens.
