Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately evaluate clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver psychotherapy, both in-person and via telehealth, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and provide the necessary resources and support to help them overcome personal challenges.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in the mental health field to enhance service delivery and maintain licensure through continuous education and professional development workshops.

• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellness Assured, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, trauma, grief, and more. Your approach will focus on individualized care, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are culturally competent and tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

• Valid mental health licensure in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Competence in using telehealth technologies and a variety of psychotherapy modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
