Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely administrative and clinical records relevant to client care, adhering to RAMS policies and clinical standards.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed, utilizing your expertise to stabilize clients in distress.

• Consult with HSA staff regarding client care, providing insights and guidance based on your clinical evaluations.
\n
• Participate in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and staff discussions to enhance collaborative care.
\n
• Engage in individual and group supervision sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and support.
\n
• Assess clients' work readiness and learning needs, selecting appropriate psychological assessment tools based on referral information.
\n
• Complete psychological assessment reports, offering vocational recommendations and feedback tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.
\n
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate suitability for work assignments, counseling, or referrals.
\n
• Provide culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to both individuals and groups, along with necessary case management.
\n
• Collaborate with clients, case managers, and internal/external providers to coordinate integrated client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing severe mental illness, as well as those with co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate challenges related to conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $52,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
