Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address their specific concerns.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities - such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches - for effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that our clients receive cohesive care. Discuss treatment progress with case managers, execute care transitions, and coordinate with external resources when necessary.

• Provide immediate and compassionate crisis intervention for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, helping them navigate and resolve their crises effectively.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives focused on mental health education, promoting awareness and reducing stigma within the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
