Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, assessing their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results to address functional limitations and enhance mobility.
• Regularly reassessing patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and individualized care plans.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding the recovery process, setting realistic expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Meeting established utilization targets and contributing to the clinic's operational goals.
• Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide seamless care for patients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from children to adults with varying diagnostic categories. Qualifications

• A valid Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Current state licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy, allowing you to practice in California.
• Willingness to provide treatment both in-person and via telehealth to accommodate patients' specific circumstances.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient base and adapting interactions to ensure inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits
