Work Environment

This role is primarily home-based, allowing our physical therapists to deliver personalized care directly at the patients' residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities, crafting individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and recovery strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to health.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to maximize patient outcomes, documenting progress and adapting treatment as necessary.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, enhancing the overall experience for patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work primarily with pediatric patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, developmental delays, neurological conditions, and sports-related issues. This diverse clientele will require you to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques specifically suited to meet the unique needs of children at different developmental stages.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state licensing to practice physical therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with children and families.
• Proficient in computer skills for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants will be considered, prior experience in pediatric physical therapy—particularly working with orthopedic injuries or conditions—is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to attractive base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
