Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by effectively managing a caseload of patients recovering from orthopedic issues in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Perform thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving measurable patient goals.
• Engage in direct patient care, providing targeted therapy interventions consistent with provided medical directives and professional ethics.
• Utilize evidence-based protocols to evaluate each patient's progress and modify treatment plans accordingly based on their unique needs and recovery milestones.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility practices, and the use of any assistive devices necessary for rehabilitation.
• Prioritize your daily caseload and delegate tasks effectively to ensure that all patients receive the attention they require while maintaining high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an orthopedic physical therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, demonstrating your expertise in this vital field.
