Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' strengths, weaknesses, and individual goals as part of developing tailored care plans.
• Manage a caseload of patients, typically treating one individual per hour with a focus on providing high-quality, personalized therapy.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that promote healing, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises designed to enhance mobility.
• Develop and monitor customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at optimizing physical functioning.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
• Engage actively with patients throughout their rehabilitation process to inspire motivation and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to design integrated care strategies, reducing the necessity for medications and invasive procedures.
• Assess treatment outcomes regularly, making adjustments to care plans as necessary based on progress and patient feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a broad spectrum of patients, primarily those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach emphasizes both rehabilitation and preventative care, with an aim to equip patients with skills and knowledge that promote long-term health and wellness. You will play a key role in navigating these patients through their recovery journey, ensuring a high level of care that aligns with their health objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist, in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating the ability to implement effective treatment interventions.
• Exemplary skills in developing and customizing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT, to facilitate accurate documentation and treatment tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate patients and promote a holistic approach to health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
