Work Environment

This position is onsite at our Arlington facility, where you will work alongside a collaborative team of two additional physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' needs, ensuring personalized care that aligns with their recovery goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, allowing for focused, one-on-one therapy sessions with each patient.
• Leverage your orthopedic outpatient experience to develop tailored care plans that utilize a variety of treatment techniques.
• Employ advanced manual therapy skills to effectively manage pain and restore movement.
• Promote non-invasive treatment options to minimize reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs that align with individual patient requirements.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their treatment process to demonstrate remarkable progress and achieve personal health goals.
• Evaluate and document treatment progress, adapting care strategies as necessary and maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia with no prior disciplinary actions.
• Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient care or similar settings.
• Strong manual therapy skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure accurate documentation and efficiency in patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Background in developing and implementing exercise programs tailored to patient goals.
• Previous collaboration in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.
