Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a professional telehealth environment. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, providing you the autonomy to schedule sessions at times that work best for both you and your clients. We facilitate in-house credentialing and manage your participation with insurance providers, so you can focus on delivering quality care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their specific needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring comprehensive communication with the healthcare team.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to collaborate on care plans and ensure coordinated treatment efforts.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, engaging with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele consists of adolescents, adults, and families, each with unique needs that require a tailored approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or LMFT in the State of New York is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is necessary; advanced degrees are preferred.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with mental health clients in an outpatient setting is required.

• Willingness to commit to up to 40 hours of patient sessions per week or more, ensuring ample availability for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is advantageous but not mandatory, as training can be provided.

• Familiarity with treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, particularly CBT, is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
