Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring you gather necessary context to inform the treatment plan.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) adapted to client needs.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with interdisciplinary team members through regular documentation and participation in clinical meetings, enhancing the overall treatment approach for clients.

• Deliver quality case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and additional professionals to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each individual.

• Adhere to ethical and timely documentation requirements mandated by state licensing boards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Colorado is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and credentials.
