Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, ensuring a deep understanding of each client's background to create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing care to individuals, couples, families, and groups, and adapting techniques to suit unique client situations.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about the latest developments and research in the mental health field.

Qualifications
