Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to diagnose their specific physical impairments and challenges.
• Create individualized treatment plans that encompass manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities to meet patients' needs.
• Administer continuous care by monitoring patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and ensuring maximum rehabilitation effectiveness.
• Document all patient care accurately and promptly using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with California's best practices.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques and injury prevention strategies, empowering them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies, contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the standards of California PT licensing, ensuring all documentation and care processes comply with the latest regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Each patient requires tailored therapeutic interventions, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery trajectory. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California Physical Therapist License or be eligible for licensure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and patient education.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required to ensure efficient documentation and care coordination.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, we welcome new graduates to apply and will provide mentorship.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, orthopedic care, or sports rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, or Tagalog) are encouraged to apply as we serve a diverse community.

Preferred Experience

While at least 2 years of practical experience is preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply, as our team is committed to providing mentorship and support to new professionals in the field. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
