Work Environment\n

This position is set within a remote work model, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while still being integrated into a collaborative outpatient team. Although you will conduct therapy sessions remotely, you will maintain a high degree of professional interaction and support with colleagues, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. You will work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility for patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized modalities according to individual client needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA mandates and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive case management and unified care strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insight to enhance care quality and patient outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to facilitate informed decision-making.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges from mild anxiety to severe trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
