Work Environment

This role is set within a supportive, collaborative team atmosphere that encourages professional growth and development. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and rehabilitation aides, in a dynamic home care environment. Our work hours may include flexible scheduling options such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Develop and implement customized therapy sessions, utilizing effective techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for home-based exercises, injury prevention, and mobility enhancement to foster self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, promoting holistic healing and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
