Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services leveraging various methodologies suited for individual, group, and family therapy formats.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care and effective treatment strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or adverse situations, applying clinical skills and compassion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center serves a wide array of clients from various backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient groups, enhancing your cultural competence and approach to individualized care. In addition to providing therapy, you will assist in creating recovery-oriented plans that are informed by clients' unique contexts.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and foster engagement.
\n
• Cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, respecting their backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and client records accurately and timely.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery, particularly in managing virtual therapy sessions, and those with specific training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be highly regarded. Experience working with children, adolescents, and marginalized communities is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
