Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Medstar, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use recovery challenges, and developmental disorders. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, employing a recovery-oriented approach that emphasizes their strengths and promotes resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid Independent LMHC License issued by the state board of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
