Benchmark Orthopedic Clinic is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative team in Fontana, California. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting patients to regain their mobility, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. As a PT at our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, your expertise will be instrumental in promoting effective treatment strategies that encompass prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Benchmark Orthopedic Clinic is a dedicated orthopedic outpatient practice located in a modern, spacious 5,000 square feet facility equipped with advanced sports medicine technology. Our mission is to provide exceptional care tailored to the needs of our patients, who primarily possess private medical insurance. Our dedicated team consists of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, emphasizing a collaborative approach to patient care and rehabilitation.

Work Environment

This role is onsite at our outpatient office, where you will enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will be part of a close-knit team that values communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and recognize the individual treatment goals and needs of each patient, developing tailored strategies to help them achieve optimal health and functionality.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring a high standard of personalized care and attention.
• Utilize prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment plans and interventions.
• Focus on creating cost-effective treatment options aimed at improving patients' mobility and motion capabilities.
• Manage and minimize the reliance on medications by exploring non-surgical alternatives and promoting holistic healing approaches.
• Design individualized care plans incorporating diverse treatment methods, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Develop specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet the unique requirements of each patient.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, leveraging your expertise to help them optimize their physical functioning.
• Enhance overall patient wellness by focusing on promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy, consistently monitor patient progress, and document services provided in an organized manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and patients aiming to improve their functional mobility post-injury. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with no disciplinary actions or board infractions against your license.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills, enabling effective hands-on treatment for patients.
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective exercise routines that meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT, and a commitment to utilizing it effectively for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, enabling you to bring relevant skills to the team.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful patient-centered treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits
