Administrative Assitant / Client Care Coordinator

If this describes you, please complete our Culture Index survey: Basic functions: The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) acts as a liaison to identify project requirements, organize services, support the team, ensure compliance, and assist with scheduling and dispatching. The CCC supports client administration, communication, and follow-up, and provides internal support for compliance, accounting, and client interactions. Basic Requirements: High School Diploma Excellent administrative and process skills Customer Service experience At least two years in an administrative role Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Ability to learn systems like RMS, XactAnalysis, Symbility, or similar Ability to work independently Key skills include: Highly organized Adaptability and prioritization Strong communication skills Problem-solving skills Overall Duties Include: Answering calls on office and mobile lines Managing new loss intake and initial needs coordination Monitoring XactAnalysis and Symbility for claims updates Educating and communicating with clients from start to finish Participating in team meetings and conducting wellness calls Maintaining notes, documents, and compliance in the client portal Supporting team with job updates Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and understanding insurance claims processes Managing mortgage-related claim demands Providing accounting support for receivables and payables Communicating invoicing and collections #J-18808-Ljbffr
