Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while carrying out your professional responsibilities from the comfort of your home. You will be part of an outpatient care model, where you can engage with clients through teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment priorities, leading to personalized therapy plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies customized to the individual needs of each client, ensuring effective intervention and progress tracking.
• Regularly collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and external community partners to coordinate care, enhancing treatment efficacy and client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation concerning client progress, treatment interventions, and follow-up strategies in compliance with our organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups across various age ranges. Our clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will empower these clients to confront and navigate their unique difficulties, providing them with the tools needed to foster resilience and sustain personal growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW; no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations that directly impact treatment planning and outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
• Proficient in digital tools and software for documentation, teletherapy platforms, and client management systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, particularly with teletherapy modalities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic modalities.
