Work Environment

This remote position offers flexibility while ensuring you remain fully integrated within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. We utilize telehealth tools and videoconferencing platforms to conduct sessions, enabling you to connect effectively with clients in various settings including outpatient office visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and involve ongoing evaluation and adjustment as necessary.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress through electronic health records while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Understanding and respecting cultural diversity will be essential in your approach to therapy.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree is preferred for advanced therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical or counseling setting is highly preferred, especially in outpatient mental health services.
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
