Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation facility, you will work in a dynamic and supportive outpatient clinic setting. The work schedule is streamlined for efficiency, with hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Our clinic setting is patient-focused, and we take pride in maintaining individual treatment rooms equipped for both physical assessments and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and goal-oriented physical therapy care by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each patient.
• Manage a diverse patient load, ensuring that each individual receives dedicated attention and care throughout their treatment process.
• Utilize specialized knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to provide effective treatments that enhance mobility and function.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into therapy sessions, utilizing various treatments to promote motion and minimize dependence on surgical interventions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, proactively modifying them based on patients' progress and feedback.
• Educate patients on non-surgical approaches and alternative methods for pain management to encourage self-management and long-term health improvements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and a comprehensive approach to patient rehabilitation, enhancing patient experience and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient sessions, ensuring thorough records are kept in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist License in the State of Virginia, with a clean record and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Proven ability to design and implement effective exercise programs based on individual patient needs and treatment goals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist is required, candidates with additional specialties or advanced training in areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, or manual therapy techniques will be favored. Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
