Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary tasks will encompass:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions primarily utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in case discussions, and sharing insights to enhance treatment strategies.

• Using digital assessment tools to evaluate client progress and treatment effectiveness, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on real-time feedback.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to state and federal regulations to maintain confidentiality and security.

• Participating in weekly consultation sessions to discuss challenging cases, foster clinical skills development, and share best practices with colleagues.

Your clients will vary in age and background, reflecting the rich diversity of the Jacksonville community. Qualifications\n

Successful candidates will hold a Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, along with an active Licensure in Florida as either a LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
