Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical activities in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community service providers, to develop and implement integrated treatment strategies.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health and integrate emerging findings into your practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, and families from varying backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active California LCSW license that is in good standing.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
