Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline client goals and objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress.

• Guide clients in building effective coping strategies and life skills to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic, coordinated care approach for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the utmost quality of care and documentation.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Pinnacle Pathways, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
