Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during individual therapy sessions to tailor treatment approaches to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to help members address issues and strengthen their relationships.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, using evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
