Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, social determinants of health, and formulate treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide range of mental health and psychosocial issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions focused on common mental health concerns, providing psychoeducation and fostering support networks among participants.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals, evidence-based interventions, and continuous progress evaluations to ensure client improvement.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources as needed to support clients in distress.

• Advocate for clients by ensuring their rights are upheld and assisting them in navigating complex healthcare and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation reflects the progress and ongoing needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus to support their transition into our facility.
