Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create detailed treatment goals and objectives based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver integrated care.

• Educate and empower clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the therapy process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling.
