Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Thrive Plus Inc., you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients in both individual and family sessions to determine mental health needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to provide treatment for issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, substance abuse, and more.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, groups, and individual clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and their family dynamics.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. You will help families dealing with a myriad of challenges, including:

Qualifications\n
