Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for a diverse range of clients, including children and adults, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, incorporating innovative therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patients' progress, documenting changes in health status and modifying treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes, care plans, and progress summaries, in alignment with the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, recovery processes, and strategic ways to overcome potential challenges during rehabilitation.
• Engage in collaborative sessions with other health professionals at Ensemble Therapy to create comprehensive care strategies for patients receiving multiple services.
• Actively contribute to achieving clinic goals by meeting minimum patient utilization benchmarks while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, ranging from pediatric patients with developmental delays to adults with post-surgical recovery needs or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's degree or DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of Virginia, as issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to provide both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments, ensuring flexibility to meet patient needs.
