Work Environment

Our work setting is an outpatient office where you will engage with patients on-site in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Our schedule is Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while committing approximately 40 hours weekly to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring all plans align with their specific medical needs.
• Treat a diverse range of patients from different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and contribute to the clinic's overall effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to utilize evidence-based methodologies, maximizing patient outcomes through shared knowledge and expertise.
• Deliver purposeful and skilled therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment processes as necessary to respond to patients' evolving conditions.
• Consult, educate, and train patients and their families or caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and treatment plans.
• Meet established utilization goals and collaborate with the administrative team to fulfill business objectives and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits
