Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a supportive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and professional growth. Our scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to enjoy a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to state practice acts and comply with laws governing the professional practice of physical therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients presenting with musculoskeletal issues, developing tailored treatment plans that address their functional limitations and disabilities.
• Perform thorough assessments and document results accurately, ensuring a clear depiction of a patient's care trajectory.
• Implement treatment protocols with precision, adapting to patient responses and evolving medical guidelines.
• Engage in active consultations with healthcare professionals and adjust care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of patient progress and changes in clinical status.
• Oversee discharge planning and post-treatment care, documenting patient experiences through structured notes and interim reports.
• Maintain compliance with all corporate and clinical training and keep abreast of state, local, and federal regulations affecting practice.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategies that remove barriers to access, while actively engaging in initiatives that enhance patient care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Trails Rehabilitation & Wellness Pro, you will work primarily with adults recovering from orthopedic procedures, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our focus is on personalized rehabilitation, emphasizing evidence-based practices that lead to improved patient outcomes. You will participate in creating a customized approach to each individual's care, empowering them to regain their functional capabilities and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience is essential.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Preferred Experience

While we seek candidates with the core qualifications outlined above, additional experience in specialized rehabilitation services, including sports medicine or geriatrics, is highly valued. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and previous roles in collaborative healthcare environments will also provide a competitive advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
