Elite Rehab Physical Therapy Clinic is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in Culpeper, Virginia. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery journey, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

This full-time position will be based onsite, directly providing care in patients' homes. You will be part of a collaborative team, consisting of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our patient-centric approach emphasizes high-quality interactions, allowing us to build lasting relationships with our patients while offering personalized care plans and rehabilitation exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Provide treatment to 2-3 patients hourly, incorporating tailored therapeutic modalities that align with each patient's specific recovery journey.
• Design and implement evidence-based care plans that encompass a variety of physical rehabilitation techniques to enhance the patients' mobility.
• Educate patients on wellness exercises and lifestyle changes aimed at promoting long-term health benefits and reducing dependency on prescription medications.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to develop integrated treatment strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR Software, such as WebPT, to document treatment plans, track progress, and adjust therapies as required based on patient response.
• Inspire and motivate patients to achieve their health objectives and maintain their physical well-being beyond therapy sessions.
• Regularly assess and report on treatment efficacy, making data-driven adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with include a diverse range of individuals requiring physical therapy for sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and general mobility issues. Your work will focus on empowering patients to regain their strength and confidence through specific rehabilitation programs tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Virginia.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Competence in manual therapy techniques and a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic outpatient care.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and progress tracking.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in outpatient settings with an emphasis on sports medicine.

Compensation and Benefits
