Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluations to assess the functional limitations and disabilities of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and recovery.
• Provide ongoing patient education and guidance, ensuring patients and their families understand the treatment process and are engaged in their recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all treatment sessions and patient interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Regularly re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes, demonstrating adaptability to individual needs.
