Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care settings where you will engage with patients one-on-one in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations, using tools such as range of motion assessments and functional mobility tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, body mechanics, and the use of assistive devices to enhance self-care and mobility.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, maintaining communication to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
