Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical rehabilitation needs and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a wide range of interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities to promote healing.
• Regularly assess patient progress, record treatment effectiveness, and modify plans as needed to ensure maximum functional recovery.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, self-care techniques, and proper use of assistive devices as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain and enhance professional skills by participating in workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging in continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other documentation systems.
• Must be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude towards patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, with a strong preference for experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
